About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McBurl Corp. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Maintain Records and Reports

Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.
