Job Title: Manager of Financial Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Financial Solutions to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Business & Private Management sector, you will play a leading role in providing strategic financial support to our clients in the pharmacy and healthcare industries.

Your Role:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to develop tailored financial solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business results.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial analysis, risk management, and credit assessment to ensure the success of our clients' projects.
  • Work closely with account managers to develop and implement financial plans that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our financial solutions.

Requirements:
  • Completed bachelor's degree related to the field and 7 years of relevant experience OR completed master's degree related to the field and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in complex commercial credit and knowledge of business products and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
