About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hairstylist Assistant to join our team at Seoulstyl Hair Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Hair Services: Assist senior stylists with hair cutting, trimming, and styling services, including color treatments and chemical processes.
  • Reception Duties: Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain inventory of hair care products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior stylists and other team members to achieve business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Rural area or barbershop/hairstyling salon/studio environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
