About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organization Development Specialist to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our Employee Experience team, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic priorities of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an internal consulting resource for organization and leadership development processes, strategies, and projects.
  • Provide consulting services to senior leaders and managers with teams, focusing on improving team, leader, and systems effectiveness.
  • Facilitate team development, changes in group norms, values, and culture, and identify and use instruments and surveys to analyze individual and group behavior.
  • Evaluate Organization Development/People Development services to ensure interventions meet client satisfaction.
  • May be assigned to provide targeted/term-based Organization Development support to assigned sites/communities/programs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Organization Development, Leadership, Adult Education, or other equivalent Behavioral Science.
  • Five years' recent related experience in organization development and/or leadership development in an intermediate to large size organization.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in healthcare settings.
