Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Servegreen Cleaning Services Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and safety are met.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Recommend additional services to clients as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Permanent position.
- 32-44 hours per week.
