Warehouse Associate Job Overview

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the logistics process, focusing on the selection, invoicing, and dispatching of orders for external clients. This position also involves organizing new stock, performing routine inventory checks, and optimizing warehouse space.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Utilize mobile devices to pick and invoice all customer orders
  • Ensure prompt delivery of requisitions and sales orders
  • Organize and store new inventory in designated locations
  • Conduct cycle counts of current inventory as necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with Windows applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Collaborative team player focused on departmental enhancement and process optimization
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
Knowledge & Skills Needed

Work Schedule

This is an hourly role with a standard schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility for additional hours may be necessary.

Work Environment

The position is situated in a professional warehouse and shipping environment. A casual yet professional dress code is expected, including closed-toe, hard-soled footwear. Employees will be required to wear company-branded apparel once provided.
