About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at ANTHILL CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and lubricate cranes, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Construction Support: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Tower Crane Assembly: Assist in the assembly of tower cranes on site.
  • Environmental Support: Participate in activities that promote a clean and safe working environment, including cleaning up chemical spills and removing rubble and debris.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to physical activity and varying weather conditions.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with regular breaks and time off.
