Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Assistant Store Manager. This position is ideal for those who have a keen interest in fashion and a desire to lead a dynamic team.
The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to foster a collaborative atmosphere that encourages inclusivity and strong relationships among team members. This role is crucial in driving the store's success by guiding the team towards achieving sales and profitability objectives. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will be involved in recruitment, performance management, training, and employee development. Adaptability to various situations and challenges is key to thriving in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the store consistently meets corporate goals and adheres to essential performance metrics.
- Lead the team by effectively assigning tasks related to company policies, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
- Assist in recruiting, managing, and developing passionate individuals for roles in sales and customer service.
- Implement merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean and inviting shopping environment.
- Maintain open and effective communication with both the Store Manager and District Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve excellent sales performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
