About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of production equipment.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, corporate engineering, and operations teams to ensure effective maintenance service delivery.
  • Evaluate and schedule maintenance work utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities for 3rd party maintenance service providers.
  • Support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and cost.
  • Represent Refresco's interests towards authorities, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Compile and provide reports related to area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Degree with three years' experience in Journeymen or equivalent (or higher level education) in the field of mechanical / electrical engineering and/or industrial, mechanical, electrical PLC (Systems and Controls) maintenance planning.
  • Strong technical knowledge in the field of industrial maintenance, including relevant regulations, standards and codes.
  • Ability to read and understand complex diagrams and mechanical drawings.
  • Objective judgment and fact-based decision-making approach.
  • Strong multi-tasking competency.
Working Conditions
  • Physical demands include continuously standing or walking and regular requirements to lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight.
  • Visual/Sensory demands include regular need to give moderate attention with one or two senses at a time.
  • Work environment is very repetitive.
  • Mental Stress includes pronounced pressure from deadlines, production quotas, accuracy or similar demands.
