Key Responsibilities:- Lead the site by setting clear goals, communicating the Agfa HealthCare vision, and ensuring alignment with the R&D vision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall effectiveness and learning within the site.
- Ensure delivery of software releases on time, in scope, and with quality.
- Build and maintain a strong technical vision and viewpoint, aligning it with the overall AGFA HealthCare technical roadmap.
- Act as site-specific engineering liaison for technical business issues, participating in sales activities, customer visits, and customer service issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, project management experience, and a broad understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Full stack development expertise, Java, Cloud & Cloud Native development expertise, and healthcare industry experience.
