Cleaning Operations Manager

GIAN CLEANING CORPORATION is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure accurate billing.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
- Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
- Work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, commercial facilities, hospitals, schools, and other educational institutions.
