Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and support to all patrons. Respond to security alarms and conduct receipt checks as necessary. Identify safety risks (e.g., spills, wet floors) and implement appropriate measures to ensure customer safety. Promptly escalate any emergencies or crisis situations. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on security status. Perform additional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred. Ability to build strong relationships with store teams. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building. Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor. Capability to remain composed in high-pressure situations. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
