Position Overview

As the Head of Cybersecurity and Risk Strategy at Biltmore Health Services Inc, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and managing risk effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and refine the organization's cybersecurity framework, focusing on a Zero Trust approach to enhance security posture.
  • Team Management: Lead a dedicated team responsible for network security, secure access, and micro-segmentation initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Risk Management, Compliance, and Legal departments, to ensure alignment on security initiatives.

  • Service Delivery: Oversee the health of network services, ensuring continuous improvement and effective risk management.
