Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Maharaja Banquet Hall. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food, present bills to customers, and accept payment.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Take orders, relay to kitchen and bar staff, and provide updates to customers.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate at Maharaja Banquet Hall, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
