Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including cooks, cashiers, and food preparers.
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
