We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long Term Care Aide to join our team at Residence Aventure Inc. as a key member of our care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Meal Service: Serve meal trays and feed patients as needed.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain patients' rooms and common areas, including making beds and changing linens.
  • Transportation: Safely transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers as required.
  • Communication: Answer call signals and respond to patients' needs in a timely and respectful manner.

Requirements
