Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Annie Corrales. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Home Support Worker, you will be working in a variety of settings, including private homes and community facilities.
