We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Jalaj Chadha. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children in a live-in setting.
Responsibilities- Education and Qualifications: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi is an asset.
- Work Setting: This is a live-in position, and optional accommodation is available at no charge. You will work in our home, providing care and support to our children.
- Tasks: Your responsibilities will include:
- Changing diapers and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Sterilizing bottles and preparing formulas for our children.
- Assuming full responsibility for household duties in our absence.
- Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Traveling with our family on trips and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
- Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
- Disciplining children according to our parenting methods.
- Keeping records of daily activities and health information regarding our children.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
- Preparing our children for rest periods.
- Supervising and caring for our children.
- Taking our children to and from school and to appointments.
- Tending to the emotional well-being of our children.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You must have attention to detail and be able to lift and move heavy objects.
- Personal Suitability: We are looking for someone with flexibility, initiative, judgment, organization, reliability, patience, and honesty.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
