Design Director Opportunity at 2K Games

We are seeking an experienced Design Director to drive the long-term vision for our 'games as a service' experience. As a key member of our team, you will partner with design, production, and tech peers to direct a sizable team of developers to deliver against the vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the long-term vision for our GaaS experience
  • Partner with design, production, and tech peers to direct a sizable team of developers
  • Evaluate progress and game quality, and partner with production to formulate and revise plans to drive execution
  • Manage the timely generation of design documentation
  • Collaborate with your reports to generate design direction documentation
  • Review and approve designs from members of your team
  • Mentor and manage your design team
  • Identify and track KPIs to drive continued engagement and acquisition
  • Build content plans
  • Identify and direct A/B testing as required
Requirements:
  • Experience leading a design team (5+)
  • Experience with security and performance of GaaS systems
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $132,800 to $196,520 CAD per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
