Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Samy Sabbah. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children in a loving and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and supervision to our children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties, including light housekeeping and cleaning.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Engage in activities with the children, such as games and outings.
  • Assist with homework and educational activities.
  • Take the children to and from school and to appointments.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to the children.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in child care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment

The live-in caregiver will be provided with a comfortable and private living space within our home. The caregiver will be expected to work a 40 to 44 hour week, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of the children and the family.
