We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Consultant to join our team at Altero Conseil. As a Senior Planning Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex business transitions and continuity challenges.

About the Role

As a Senior Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to support our clients' business objectives. You will work closely with our team of consultants to provide expert advice and guidance on change management, organizational development, and business transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on change management, organizational development, and business transition
  • Work closely with our team of consultants to deliver high-quality results
  • Support clients in the implementation of new organizational structures and processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in management, business administration, or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in organizational development and change management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English
