Position Title: Childcare Program Coordinator

  • Develop and oversee engaging program activities for the childcare service
  • Ensure the health, safety, and overall welfare of children
  • Administer financial, human, and material resources effectively
  • Design and assess activities aligned with the educational objectives of the institution
  • Organize unique events and manage administrative responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication with parents, educational staff, and community organizations
  • Assist in financial forecasting and budget management
  • Coordinate staff schedules and manage leave requests
  • Foster positive relationships within the team and with parents
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement of supplies, and equipment
  • Mentor and guide less experienced personnel
  • Execute other related duties as required
