Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Esso Reddi Mart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety at our car wash facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the required safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Task Management: Coordinate and supervise the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of equipment.
  • Payment and Invoicing: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Staff Support: Provide support to our cleaning staff in performing their duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to do their job effectively.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are staffed appropriately at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
