Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Mobile Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing cleaning support across multiple locations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning of lobbies, elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, fitness rooms, and tenant units upon vacancy, including bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, and detailed cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with cross-training opportunities to become a well-rounded maintenance person within our In-House Maintenance division.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid G license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Cleaning experience is an asset, and training will be provided.
  • A satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance.
