We are seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join our team at Crew Haulers. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet of commercial transport trucks.

• Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
• Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit
• Discuss work with supervisor
• Estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Perform scheduled maintenance service
• Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
• Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
• Complete reports to record problems and work performed
• Provide customer service

• Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
• Valid driver's licence
• Steel-toed safety boots

This is a fast-paced environment that requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a garage or workshop setting. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dusty environment.
