Join Our Marketing Operations Team
Leverage your analytical and reporting expertise to contribute to our marketing initiatives at Coveo Solutions Inc. Our Marketing Operations team serves as the analytical and data-driven foundation for our marketing strategies.
Role Overview
As an intern, you will be responsible for maintaining the systems and processes that drive our team's effectiveness. Your role will encompass various aspects of marketing optimization, from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis.
Daily Responsibilities
- Participate in morning team meetings to share updates and discuss project progress.
- Review new projects and tasks submitted since the last meeting.
- Utilize Marketo to perform daily data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data from our providers.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies within our Marketo and Salesforce databases, enabling your colleagues to utilize data effectively.
- Assist marketing team members with quality assurance, ad hoc reporting requests, and documentation.
- Collaborate with your mentor to assess and refine our processes for continuous improvement.
- Analyze the MQL (Market Qualified Leads) dashboard to evaluate the quality of recent leads.
Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Technology Management, Information Technology Management, Business, or a related field. You possess strong project management and organizational skills, and you are adept at using data to generate reports and solve problems.
Experience with CRM systems is essential, and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. Additionally, you have a foundational understanding of database management and a keen interest in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or HubSpot.
