Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Server to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently ensure food quality, presentation, and service delivery meet established department standards.
  • Prepare and provide meal service to residents and guests according to established standards, procedures, and guidelines, respecting individualized services and observing special diet restrictions.
  • Ensure dining room appearance meets established standards, including table linens, place settings, and wait stations.
  • Clear tables, load and safely operate dishwasher, and complete manual ware washing as required.
  • Contribute to the team environment, working towards departmental goals and priorities, and providing ongoing feedback to the Food and Beverage Manager on meals and menu choices.
  • Communicate with the supervisor regarding changes in the nutritional status of residents.
  • Promote a safety culture by identifying and reporting hazards, following safe work practices and procedures, and supporting others to work safely.

Requirements

  • High-school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience serving food.
  • Clear criminal record check.
  • Passion for the healthcare sector and ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care.
