Employee Assistance Program Counselor

CB Canada is a prominent provider of mental health and addiction support services, delivering a wide array of solutions to enhance well-being.

We are in search of licensed mental health practitioners to offer occasional counseling services as part of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver short-term counseling for various issues including emotional distress, anxiety, workplace dynamics, and substance use
  • Engage with individuals, couples, families, and youth
  • Provide telephonic support for clients experiencing crises
  • Maintain adherence to professional standards and ethical practices
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in a counseling-related discipline or a Bachelor of Social Work with pertinent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling or similar roles
  • Registered with a recognized professional body
  • Experience in the EAP sector is advantageous
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

All contracted professionals must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to provide in-person counseling services.
