Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back-End Software Engineer to join our team at Lloyds Bank plc. As a Senior Back-End Software Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the best practices for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Content Management, extreme reliability, security, resiliency, architectural simplicity, as well as continually seeking to find improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing back-end web development using Adobe Experience Manager and Java
  • Translating requirements from Business Analysts into working website functionality & content
  • Using modern Agile software engineering practices including DevOps & utilising cloud services
  • Mentoring more junior technical members of the team and acting as a senior developer within the platform
  • Having experience working as a senior software engineer with a focus on back-end web development & highly skilled in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Requirements:

  • Broad understanding across AEM related domains
  • Exposure to git & GitHub, DevOps, Cloud, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams with a high level of experience of product evaluation
  • Intermediate to Good hands-on skills in Java/J2EE
