Job Title: LPN Nurse

Villa Providence Shediac Inc. is seeking a skilled LPN Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. As an LPN Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing services to residents in accordance with the nursing process and within the scope of practice.
  • Participate in care planning and implementation, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of resident care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
  • Utilize the Home's resources, such as supplies and equipment, economically and safely.
  • Document resident care according to established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in New Brunswick.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and respect resident rights.
