Main Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage the procurement of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our inventory levels are optimal and that we are able to meet customer demand.
- Menu Planning: Work with our culinary team to plan and implement new menu items and promotions, ensuring that they are aligned with our brand values and customer preferences.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety, and that our kitchen operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations.
