As a Senior Data Developer at Behaviour Interactive, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of data experts to design, develop, and implement data pipelines that drive business insights and inform game development decisions.

We're looking for a seasoned data professional with a passion for data-driven solutions and a strong background in data modeling, ETL scripting, and data governance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced data models using SQL and Data Build Tools (DBT) on Snowflake to support analysts, scientists, and user researchers;
  • Develop and improve ETL scripts using Python and Airflow to gather secondary data and support the main game data pipeline;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new data solutions;
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in testing, security, cost monitoring, performance monitoring, and resource utilization;
  • Oversee data projects across various areas of expertise, including data development, data analysis, and data science;
  • Promote best practices and ensure consistency across games;
  • Support the growth and development of junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Training in data development, business intelligence, software development, or related fields;
  • At least 8 years of experience in data modeling, ETL scripting, and data governance;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Experience with DBT and Snowflake preferred;
  • Professional experience working with a team in an agile environment;
  • Professional experience in project management.
