Key Responsibilities:The Treasury Software Consultant will act as a pivotal link between our clients and internal teams, focusing on onboarding, training, and providing ongoing support for our Investment and Debt solutions.
Aquila Software Group offers comprehensive solutions designed to streamline and enhance essential investment, debt, and cash accounting functions for public sector organizations. Our offerings aim to boost precision and dependability in financial reporting while minimizing manual tasks.
Primary Duties: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Treasury Software Consultant will cultivate strong client relationships while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our treasury product offerings. The responsibilities include:
- Overseeing software implementations, including project management and data migrations for both new and existing clients.
- Providing software assistance and resolving customer inquiries.
- Evaluating current implementation and support workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
- Leading initiatives to document processes and create client FAQs to optimize internal operations.
- Conducting product webinars and training sessions for current clients.
- Supporting the sales team with proposals and demonstrations.
- Engaging with clients to ensure effective product utilization and collaborating across departments to enhance solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training or implementing financial software, preferably treasury software.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and/or project management with a focus on efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual capable of balancing various priorities.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Helpdesk/Ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training and implementations.
