Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and experience.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design methodologies, and design thinking.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or graduate degree in design or a related field.
  • Experience in design strategy and leadership.
  • Skills in specific design disciplines, including UI/visual design, content design, and conversational design.
  • Ability to plan and conduct UX research and analysis.
