Job Title: Caregiver for Adults and Seniors

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Transitions Care, Inc. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and care to adults and seniors with disabilities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the client's independence and quality of life
Requirements:
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding of the needs of adults and seniors with disabilities
  • Availability to work 40-44 hours per week
