About the Role

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our architecture and design firm, you will be responsible for leading complex multi-unit residential mid to high-rise projects, managing teams of technologists, interns, and junior architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structured teams on large-scale multi-unit mid to high-rise projects
  • Manage projects from initial concept designs through tender and construction phases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture, or Architectural Technology Diploma from a recognized institution
  • 10-15 years of experience working as an architectural professional within a multi-disciplinary architectural firm
  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Lead or Architectural PM
  • Strong Revit skills and experience working with building codes in Canada
  • Ability to lead early stages of concept design and provide mark-ups and mentorship to team members
  • Experience dealing with building permits, SPAs, rezoning, submittals to clients, and contract administration
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
