Key Responsibilities:
As a Technician in Administration, you will be responsible for various technical tasks related to human and financial resource management, as well as administrative operations. You will work closely with professional and managerial staff.
- Financial Management: Prepare financial statements, conduct accounting entries, transfers, reconciliations, and other financial analyses.
- Financial Planning: Collect, analyze, and synthesize data for budget preparation, participate in budget development, and monitor budget follow-ups.
- Process Improvement: Develop and adapt work methods and procedures, collaborate in material resource needs analysis, and implement standards.
- Administrative Support: Apply management techniques to administrative tasks, produce reports, and ensure their transmission.
- Technical Assistance: Provide assistance with software usage, coordinate support staff, and oversee technical operations.
- Education and Qualifications: Minimum requirement: College diploma in general administration techniques or equivalent.
