Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont-Tremblant Resort. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Courteously respond to guest requests and questions, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Clean and stock rooms according to quality standards, including supplies, beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, dishes, dusting, exterior entrances, and windows.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laundry room, complete laundry inventory forms, and retrieve dishes from floors.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
