Job Title: Registered Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Nursing Care: Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage Medications and Treatments: Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
  • Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the Long Term Care Act, Program Standards for Long Term Care, and other relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Clearances: Medical Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check.
