Job Title: Timing Applications Engineer

At Skyworks Solutions, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Timing Applications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Network Synchronization team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting combined hardware and software solutions in real-world customer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Network Synchronization solutions using combined hardware and software embedded systems
  • Develop and maintain low-level drivers for embedded Linux IEEE 1588 applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time FPGA Ethernet IP with time-of-day (ToD) packet timestamping
Requirements:
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (or related field)
  • Experience with FPGA project development using Verilog/VHDL
  • Knowledge of embedded Linux and low-level driver development
