Cardiac Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Chief Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at Duchy Hospital, a leading provider of private and NHS hospital services in Cornwall and Devon. As a key member of our cardiology team, you will play a vital role in the development of our elective cardiology service, working closely with our clinical members to deliver high-quality patient care.
About the Role:- Manage the daily operations of the Cardiology Service, including supporting non-clinical staff, managing capacity and demand, and supporting clinical members of the team.
- Participate in the provision of the technical invasive cardiology service, assisting during cardiac procedures in the outpatient setting and angiography suite.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, service efficiency, and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
