We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to join our team at THE RELIEF HAIR & BEAUTY SALON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for staff management, ensuring a smooth and efficient salon operation.
  • Plan and control the budget and inventory, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, promoting the salon's brand and reputation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Oversee daily operations, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the performance of the salon team.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Permanent work term and 32 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
