Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our User Management team at Pantheon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in modernizing our AuthZ and AuthN pipelines.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and contribute to the growth of our user management footprint. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our backend systems using Python, GoLang, or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • Design and implement authentication and authorization pipelines.
  • Work with our cloud platforms, including Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our ambitious objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the industry.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding and work experience developing with Python, GoLang, or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • Strong understanding and work experience with authentication and authorization pipelines.
  • Strong understanding and work experience with product-driven backend coding.
  • Working experience with cloud platforms, including Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work experience with Auth0 and tooling.
  • Work experience with ReBAC architecture.
  • Work experience with observability and monitoring with Grafana or similar OTel.
  • Working knowledge of Cassandra, MySQL, Redis.
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress, Drupal.

  • Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 CAD per year.
