This position requires effective mentorship, motivation, and assessment of the team, alongside addressing specific regional requirements in partnership with the Operations District Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Shrink Management: Assist in operational strategies aimed at minimizing shrink and waste by scrutinizing financial documentation.
  • Impartiality: Uphold a clear sense of impartiality and communicate any concerns effectively to the Operations District Manager.
  • Audits: Perform quarterly evaluations in corporate locations and address integrity matters with professionalism and promptness.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to asset protection protocols through regular inspections of stores.
  • Training: Deliver training sessions for all asset protection associates and foster positive relationships across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in loss prevention or asset protection roles.
  • Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Post-secondary education in Law & Security or a related field.
  • Demonstrated professional judgment and integrity.
  • Capability to secure support for new initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
