Financial Record Keeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at We Care 4 U Staffing Solutions Inc. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
- Security and Safety: Bondable and able to undergo a criminal record check.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, organized, reliability, and time management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
