Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Sail O'clock Yachting Services. As CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company, ensuring its continued growth and success in the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the company, aligning with our mission and values.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the tourism industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
