Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, guiding them through discovery, requirements gathering, and reengineering processes.
  • Industry Expertise: Champion industry standards and best practices, crafting innovative solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • System Configuration: Lead the charge in system configuration, data migration, and post-implementation support to ensure seamless transitions and optimal performance.
  • Technical Design: Translate complex business needs into technical designs, driving projects from conception to deployment with precision and expertise.
  • Training and Support: Conduct workshops, manage projects, and facilitate user training to empower clients and maximize value.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration.
  • Certifications: NetSuite Certifications, including ERP Consultant and Administrator, are preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Language: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
