About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Outlook Motor Hotel. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Safety
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, adhering to strict safety protocols.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order supplies and equipment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient operations.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
