About the DivisionPembina Hills School Division is a dynamic and growing educational institution that provides education to approximately 3600 students in 16 community schools, including two Hutterite Colony Schools and two outreach schools. Our division is committed to providing a high-quality education that prepares students for success in an ever-changing world.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide financial guidance and support to division staff, including budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management and decision-making
