Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments to address a wide range of oral health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Perform various dental procedures, including restorative, surgical, and preventive care.
- Provide administrative support, including updating patient records and coordinating specialist referrals.
- Meet the qualifications and requirements outlined below.
- Hold a Doctoral Degree in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine from an accredited Canadian or American dental school.
- Be licensed in good standing to practice as a General Dentist with the Nova Scotia Dental Association.
- Obtain and maintain CPR Level C/AED certification.
- Meet the eligibility criteria for a Reliability level Government Security clearance.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
This is a 5-day per week position with a 37.5 hour workweek. Clinic hours are 7:15am-3:15pm, Monday to Friday. No evenings or weekends are required.
